Throughout her career, she has gained comprehensive experience across a wide range of HR genres, allowing her to bring a diverse skill set to the table. Starting from an entry-level HR position, Kylie quickly discovered her passion for the field and embarked on a remarkable journey of professional growth. With each step up the ladder, she embraced new challenges and assumed leadership roles that enabled her to collaborate with business owners and executives to effect genuine change.

Having spent a significant portion of her career working in various corporate positions across the Asia Pacific region, Kylie made the decision to focus on establishing DreamStoneHR and providing support to small and medium-sized companies. This transition allowed her to channel her deep-seated passion for propelling business success through people into a more personalized approach. Kylie’s unique perspective and strategic thinking make her an excellent leader to help companies uncover how their greatest asset, their employees, can drive their performance and contribute to their overall growth.

Amanda Sydes

HR Business Partner

Amanda Sydes brings over 15 years of expertise in senior generalist HR positions, showcasing her exceptional skills in client management and business partnering. Operating under a business partner philosophy, Amanda delivers strategically focused support to leadership teams and line managers, emphasising commercial success.

With a diverse industry background spanning small businesses to large organisations, Amanda leverages her wealth of experience to provide consulting services to multiple clients, covering both project-based initiatives and day-to-day operations. Armed with a degree in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations, she seamlessly combines theoretical knowledge with practical insights to deliver sound and commercially suitable solutions tailored to each client’s unique requirements.

Amanda’s specialty lies in legislation compliance and strategic consulting, expertly navigating award and legislation provisions to optimise business management and effectively address transitional and employee lifecycle needs. Samantha Wilmore

HR Business Partner

Samantha Wilmore, an esteemed Human Resources Generalist with over 20 years of experience, joins the DreamStoneHR team, bringing a wealth of expertise. Her extensive knowledge of contemporary Human Resources practices and legislation has been applied strategically and commercially to her clients, resulting in tangible outcomes.

With a strong academic foundation consisting of a degree in Psychology and Communications, as well as a Masters in Employment Studies and Human Resources Management, Samantha possesses a genuine generalist background, making her a valuable asset for small business leaders. She is a leader in developing and monitoring strategic business plans, driving strong employee performance, and delivering measurable results for a diverse range of clients.

Prior to her tenure at DreamStoneHR, Samantha worked as a consultant for one of Australia’s largest outsourcing providers, where she provided invaluable guidance to medium-sized businesses across various industries, including not-for-profit, higher education, and health and support services. Her experience as the Head of HR and National HR Lead showcased her expertise in employee relations, policy development, and change consultation.

Robyn Will

HR Business Partner

Robyn is a highly skilled and versatile HR professional, specialising in Human Resources and Workplace Health and Safety. With a self-motivated and forward-thinking approach, she has built a reputation for establishing strong and trusted relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders while effectively managing competing priorities.

As a Professional Member (MAHRI) of the Australian Human Resources Institute, Robyn demonstrates her commitment to professional growth and staying up-to-date with industry standards. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) and a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) from Charles Sturt University, enhancing her expertise in the field.

Robyn’s extensive career history showcases her proficiency in HR management. She excels in roles involving the development and implementation of HR strategies, guidance on complex cases, training programs, and identifying opportunities to enhance employee experience and workforce capabilities. Melanie Bale

Senior HR Consultant

Melanie Bale brings over 16 years of senior management experience in HR roles, making her a highly skilled and passionate HR consultant. Known for her strengths in engagement, creation, and innovation, Melanie has a proven track record of delivering high-quality outputs. She holds a Masters in HR Management and is qualified as a Trainer and Assessor, allowing her to develop and deliver impactful training sessions, facilitate planning days, and lead culture projects. Melanie’s dedication to people and performance drives her to collaborate with clients, aligning solutions with their company’s strategy, vision, and values.

Throughout her career, Melanie has had senior leadership roles partnering with business leaders and owners. In these roles, she demonstrated strategic leadership in areas such as workforce planning, workplace health and wellbeing, and culture and engagement.

Sandra Bevan

HR Support Coordinator

Sandra has transitioned from a flourishing career in Stakeholder management to join the DreamStoneHR team as our HR Support Coordinator. A highly motivated and results-driven team player, Sandra is responsible for managing recruitment for our clients and providing administrative and transactional HR support to both our clients and the DreamStoneHR team.

With a keen understanding of the crucial role played by day-to-day HR administration, Sandra is well-versed in all aspects of HR administration support. She is adept at providing assistance with employment contract support, recruitment screening, and reference checks, and is always ready to meet the needs of the DreamStoneHR team and our clients.

Sandra’s unwavering attention to detail is unparalleled, and our clients often request her administrative support. Her reliable and capable hands are a valuable asset to our team.

Kristie Mortimer

HR Support Coordinator & Executive Assistant

Bringing a strong administration background gained from working with a variety of large and small employers throughout her career, Kristie is a valuable addition to the DreamStoneHR team.

As our MD’s dedicated inbox and schedule manager, Kristie plays a pivotal role in scheduling client catch-ups and ensuring our clients have access to the time they need with Kylie and the team.

In addition, Kristie is responsible for managing our clients’ HR operational needs, providing HR administration support, creating employee lifecycle letters, drafting employee contracts, and addressing other HR admin and ops requirements.

Collaborating with the wider team on administration support across the business and clients, Kristie’s contribution is essential to the day-to-day operations of the team.
